They have always done excellent job staff friendly and helpful

the attendant was so chill and friendly. helped me pick out oil, fix my check engine light, and I think he even filled up the air in my tires. idk if this is all just basic procedure, but it felt very considerate and helpful rather than the usual confusing and overwhelming atmosphere of car upkeep.

I had high hopes for this place because they were so nice and conversational. I went in for an oil change but when I left, my car couldn’t accelerate. It sounded grinding and was super shaky. I coasted back in and they told me that the oil was just “dirty” and he gave me a “complimentary engine flush” to get it all out. I called a mechanic friend of mine and he said it was likely that they forgot to put oil back in. Ever since, my car makes horrific grinding noises. Don’t go here. They’ll lie to you and try to cover it with conversation.
